One bedroom in Salt Lake City -- For Sale By Owner

This cute one bedroom, one bath fixer-upper is big on charm and has a lot of potential.  It is situated near the Jordan River Parkway--the river practically flows right through the backyard.  It's a secluded and private home on a dead end street, surrounded by the lush beauty of grass, trees and river in the back and on the south side.   But secluded doesn't mean dangerous here, with the police department sitting at the end of the block!
